Project Info:
Designed for Tek building, this interior design project aims to create an inviting commercial space that features a mix of meeting spaces, office spaces, and a seating area with a high-end residential feel. One of the main challenges of the space is the tall ceilings, which can sometimes make a room feel empty and uninviting. To counteract this, the builder constructed bulkheads using timber acoustic panelling to reduce noise and create a cosier atmosphere.
To create a sense of separation and privacy within the open-plan space, partitions have been used to divide the area into distinct zones, being meeting and office spaces. These partitions not only serve a functional purpose but also add visual interest to the space.
The lounge area has been designed to create a high-end residential feel, with comfortable seating and tasteful decor. Soft lighting has been used to create a warm, inviting atmosphere, and a green wall has been added to the entry foyer to soften the space and bring a touch of nature indoors.
Directional lighting has been used throughout the space to highlight displays and create visual interest. Overall, this interior design project is a successful example of how thoughtful design can transform a commercial space into a welcoming and inviting environment.
